- SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT The Marine Corps Installations, National Capital Region � Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA is seeking information on behalf of the Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I) Information Intelligence Division (IID) Intelligence Enterprise Management Office (IEMO). CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS:� Marine Corps Installations � National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR RCO), located on Marine Corps Base, 2010 Henderson Road, Quantico, VA. INTRODUCTION: The Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I), Information Intelligence Division (IID), Intelligence Enterprise Management Office (IEMO) is responsible for policy, plans, programming and budgeting within the United States Marine Corps. OBJECTIVE: The objective of this sources sought announcement is to identify potential compliance software capable of providing continuous monitoring/authorization automation services vital to maintaining the Enterprise SCINet baseline. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION: The requested compliance software shall provide the following capabilities: Automatic RMF process time to submission Automatic scanning and remediation of Windows and Linux Systems Automatic POA&M generation Connects to reporting services to include eMASS Provides rapid response/release of new STIG baselines into the solution Provides mechanism to stay compliant with IA Tools to include STIG Viewer Integrates seamlessly within IEMO environment to include SPLUNK Enterprise. Provide graphical User Interface Dashboard Provide role-based access control Provide job scheduling Remediate a system on the fly and roll back any change if issues arise Real-time job status updates INDUSTRY FEEDBACK: This is a SOURCES SOURGHT ANNOUNCEMENT (SSA) ONLY to obtain industry�s feedback on the anticipated technical specifications, potential cost, and performance risks, as well as any other related considerations for the required item. Please provide feedback on the following: Can you meet this requirement (addressing each requirement above)? Please include capability statement in response to this SSA. Do you have Government experience providing similar services? Do you sell these services on GSA or any existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) or Government-Wide Multiple Award Contracts (GWAC)? What is your size-status (e.g. Large Business, Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business, etc.)? SUBMISSION DETAILS: Submissions shall reference RFI No. �M00264-23-SSA-0011 STIG Compliance� in the subject line. Interested vendors who wish to respond to this SSA should send responses via email no later than 28 April 2023, 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to melissa.chabot@usmc.mil. Interested vendors should respond to the questions cited under the �INDUSTRY FEEBACK� section of this document. Questions and comments regarding this requirement will be accepted, reviewed and answered if the Government determines responses are warranted. Submissions must include: Business name and address Name of company representative and their business title Type of Business Cage Code PROPRIETARY INFORMATION: Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Please be advised that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All government personal reviewing SSA responses understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423.
