Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure engineering and technical services required for the procurement, fabrication, test, and qualification of two KH6920-148-100 series Motor Operated Valve (MOV) assemblies on a Sole Source basis from JA Moody. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
