- This Solicitation is set-aside for Small Business Concerns, in accordance with FAR 19. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has a requirement to provide construction services involving approximately 14,790 square feet on a partially occupied floor on the 7th Floor at the James M. Carter and Judith N. Keep United States Courthouse in San Diego, CA.� The tenant improvement includes construction of four (4) new magistrate chamber suites and Clerk of the Court office space on the 7th Floor of the Courthouse. This project will involve: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, elevator programming, fire and life safety, data, audio and visual, and security systems; the highest quality interior finishes; and premium quality millwork. The work must be performed after hours with no disruption to the existing building tenants and operations. Amendment No. 1 issued 4/19/2023 Amendment No. 2 issued 4/25/2023
