Description: 1. This is a one-year maintenance contract for FEMA NCP CCD to ship items listed below to the vendor for repair and maintenance.� 2. The contractor shall repair and test the below listed items based on a fixed price per item. If items are beyond / cannot be repaired then FEMA will be notified and the unit(s) will be returned at no charge, except for shipping. A Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) will be assigned to this task for all items being returned over the length of the contract. 1. Hawkeye System/Other Components 2.
