- The purpose of Amendment 002 is to remove the June 30th required delivery date from the solicitation and extend the solicitation closing date to April 25th, 2023 at 06:00PM EDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ____________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment 001 is to provide a response to questions from industry: Q:�Do you have the bid docs for this opportunity? A:� All necessary technical information to provide a quote for the requirement is listed in the posting. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be open for less than 15 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2). The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-23-Q-0340. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order for one (1) radio frequency (RF) amplifier with the minimum specifications below. Shall operate from 1 MHz � 200 MHz. Shall have an RF output power of 500W minimum at 3dB compression point. Shall have variable gain. Shall have a gain of 57dB or greater at maximum setting. Shall be a solid state amplifier. Shall be air cooled. Shall have input and output impedance of 50 ohms nominal. Shall have input VSWR of 2.0:1 or less at all input frequencies. Shall operate at full power without damage or oscillation when connected to any load impedance. Shall operate at 240V AC single phase power input. Shall have spurious outputs of -70dBc or less. Shall have N-type input and output connectors. This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted as concurred with by NUWCDIVNPT�s Office of Small Business Programs. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334220 with a Small Business size standard of 1,250 employees. F.O.B. Destination, Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at https://www.sam.gov/. The Government intends to award a single FFP purchase order to the eligible and responsible Offeror on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. To be determined technically acceptable, the Offeror shall quote the item that meets the Government�s minimum specifications and in the required quantity specified above. The Offeror shall submit detailed item specifications with its quote. The quote shall include a list of specifications or a datasheet, price (inclusive of shipping price), shipping terms, and the following additional information with submission: Offeror Point of Contact (including phone number and email address), Offeror CAGE Code, and Offeror Unique Entity ID. Offerors shall be advised that if after award the items delivered are determined not to be in new condition and/or are determined to be delivered from outside the US, the Government has the right to terminate for cause with the Contractor liable to the Government for any and all rights and remedies provided by the law including excess re-procurement costs. Payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow. Questions and quotations must be submitted via electronic submission to Eric Pham at eric.w.pham.civ@us.navy.mil. The quote must be received on or before Tuesday, April 25th, 2023 at 06:00PM EDT. A quote received after this date and time is late and may not be considered for award.
