Description

Solicitation N68520-23-Q-0042 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on Brand Name basis for Oracle Sun Solaris under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://sam.gov/content/home) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� *SEE ATTACHED RFQ Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law.� Please complete certification and provide with your offer Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The Government will consider all proposals received by 28 April 2023, 4:30 pm (EDT). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
