**REQUIREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR NCO 21 MACC GROUP 2 IDIQ HOLDERS ONLY** Construction Service for Project No. 612A-21-006, Install Parking Garage Fall Protection, at VA Medical Center, Mather, CA This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Task Order Solicitation documents will be available on, after, or about May 12, 2023. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions. Description: THE UPCOMING SOLCITATION WILL BE A TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). Task Order Proposals will only be requested and accepted from NCO 21 MACC GROUP IDIQ HOLDERS ONLY that are verified and registered in SAM.gov and verified by the SBA in Vert Cert as an SDVOSB business from the Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21), see following paragraph about SAM.gov and SBA Vet Cert portal verification. *Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf ). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses shall have their ownership and control verified by the Small Business Administration (SBA), Vet Cert Portal at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#home.* The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard is $45.0 Million. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Questions regarding this pre-solicitation must be sent in writing to Rosario Chaidez, Contract Specialist, at email: Rosario.chaidez1@va.gov Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) will be issuing a request for a Task Order proposal for a NCO 21 MACC GROUP 2 eligible vendor to completely prepare site, including demolition/removal of existing structures and furnishing all labor and materials to perform the work necessary, for the installation of physical fall deterrents to the existing reinforced-concrete parking structure at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Mather Center Campus, 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, California 95655 as required in the SOW, drawings, and specifications. Period of performance (POP) for construction shall be 180 days. Work must include, but not limited to the following: Completely prepare site, including demolition/removal of existing structures and furnishing all labor and materials to perform the work necessary, for the installation of physical fall deterrents to the existing reinforced-concrete parking structure at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Mather Center Campus, 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, California 95655 as required in the SOW, drawings, and specifications. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements. The SOW, specifications, drawings, and attachments for all details will be published when the Solicitation has been posted. The Period of Performance (POP) for this project is estimated to be about 180 calendar days or more from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
