Description

This is a presolicitation notice that GSA PBS Region 4 intends to issue a Request�for Proposals for a construction contract for the buildout of the U.S. District Courtroom 7th Floor-North courtroom and holding cell at the Sam M. Gibbons US Courthouse, 801 N. Florida Ave., Tampa, FL 33602. This project involves the build out of a new US District Court courtroom and ancillary spaces and a US Marshals Service holding cell. Further details and requirement documents will be provided as soon as possible. The solicitation package (including specifications, forms, clauses, and provisions) will only be available electronically on SAM.gov. The estimated date for�release of the solicitation is on or about 05/19/2023. The solicitation closing date�will be at least 30 days after the issuance of the solicitation package. The actual date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Only electronic submissions (via email) will be accepted. SITE VISIT - REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. A site visit is scheduled for 11:00 AM Eastern on Thursday 05/25/2023 at the Sam M. Gibbons US Courthouse, 801 N. Florida Ave., Tampa, FL 33602. Meet at the loading dock entry on Cass Street. NAMES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ADVANCE. If you intend to send representatives, please submit the individual and company names of any attendees to duncan.warner@gsa.gov and rania.sanders@gsa.gov no later than 5:00 PM Eastern on Monday 05/22/2023.
