- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price, to procure Plumbing fixture fittings and trim, to be delivered to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332919, and the procurement will be sourced together. Award will be based on: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
