Description

General Dynamics Mission Systems for TACLANE Encryption for SDREN. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, (NSWC PCD), Panama City,�FL intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to the following vendor:�General Dynamics Mission Systems�150 Rustcraft Road�Dedham, MA 02026�Cage: 4655.The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) has a requirement to�procure TACLANE Encryption for SDREN. This requirement is not suitable for full and open�competition for the following reason(s): NSWC PCD Code 1041 requires TACLANE-FLEX�encryption because it�s the only commercially available encryption platform that meets Code�1041�s requirements. General Dynamics Mission Systems is the only provider of the�TACLANE-FLEX encryption system. There are no distributors other than General Dynamics�Mission Systems. As such, General Dynamics Mission Systems is the only source capable of�meeting this requirement. NAICS Code 334290 applies. Small Business Size Standard is 800 employees. FSC is 7J20.
