Description

QUESTIONS ARE CLOSED.� Posting the final questions/responses.and adding an ALARC buikding layout� Posting questions with Government responses. Amendment 02 schedules an additional site visit on 2 May 2023 at 9:00am. Attendees must be registered no later than 1 May 2023 by 12:00pm PDT by emailing Harry Gardner at harry.gardner@usda.gov. See SF30 for details. Contractor questions and Government reponses (with a reference attachment) have been uploaded. This solicitation amendment is to correct the item description in the Terms and Conditions, Section B.3 Schedule of Items to read: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision and transportation necessary complete the upgrade exterior lighting to LED lighting. The close date and time is NOT extended. The location needs a Qualified Contractor to provide labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies/materials, except those furnished by the Government, necessary to Upgrade Exterior Lighting to LED Lighting as described in this SOW. The contractor shall maintain the current facility buildings, grounds and equipment to their most productive and efficient state of performance. The work is located at: USDA-ARS-PWA ALARC 21881 N Cardon Lane Maricopa AZ� 85138 The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 This will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis. This will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS: 238210 Electrical Contractors PCS: N062 Installation of Equipment - Lighting Fixtures and Lamps Small Business Size: $19M The RFQ will be accessible via https://sam.gov/ in the �Contracting Opportunities� section. �Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the RFP package and any amendments. All offerors shall be registered with the System for Award Management Registration per FAR Clause 52.204-7 and 52.204-8. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored.
