PRON: D13H0144D1: The Government proposes to acquire on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) One Time Buy (OTB) contract for a quantity of 23 EACH of an ELECTRONIC COMPONENT, NSN: 5998-01-6204695, Part Number: 13659806-7, applicable to the M-D6 Patriot Weapon System. Production Lead Time (PLT) with Contractor Tested First Article is, 1 EACH 488 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First article Testing is 23 EACH 225 DACA, with deliveries to FORT BLISS, TX, 79916-5801. This item is restricted to DNE TECHNOLOGIES INC., Cage Code: 96238. Manufacture of this part requires special test and/or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra precision quality for its function or system integrity. Substantiation and inspection of the precision or quality cannot be accomplished without such specialized test or inspection facilities. Only the source(s) indicated on this certification has access to these facilities/equipment and the Government cannot provide access to any other source. No other part can be substituted for this item. There are no current efforts to remove the requirement for special test and/or inspection facilities for this part. This part must be acquired directly from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet the prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/� then click on AMCOM Spare Parts Manufacturer or Distributor SAR. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. EXPORT CONTROL REQUIRES THE APPLICABLE CERTIFICATIONS TO BE CURRENT FOR BOTH THE QUOTER AND MANUFACTURER.
