The United States Coast Guard anticipates awarding this procurement to TSI INCORPORATED as the only one responsible source with propreitary rights and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, i.e. unique capabilities, Limited number of sources, Proprietary data or Brand Name Mandatory for the trading of one PortaCount Generartor 8038 to one PortaCount Generartor 8048. The old model purchased estipulates a discounted price in case of trading and a 5 year QG B2B warranty for the PortaCount 8048.�The 5 year contract include yearly cleaning/calibration and any unlimited required repairs. TSI paays for any return shipping costs.� Item description:� 1.
