- ** Updated May 3rd, 2023: �- The due date HAS NOT been extended. �- A correction to the address of the building in paragraph 1.0 of ""PA0776ZZ_Statement of Work Micro Purchase Four Values_3-13-2023.docx"" has been made, the revised file has been attached to this post. Questions with answers that have been submitted are: 1.� Is the intention for all four of the appraisal assignments to be awarded to the same firm? Or is it possible that they will be awarded separately? Answer: Intention is to award all four appraisals to one companyn. 2. I see that each of the solicitations makes reference to �Micro-purchase� � does this mean there is a limit to the fees that can be approved? If so, are you able to say what that limit is for these assignments?� Answer: Disregard references to Micropurchase. There is not a limit to fees. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. (ii)�The�solicitation�number is 1PQD-23-0010 and the�solicitation�is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii)�The�solicitation�document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal�Acquisition�Circular 23-02, 03.13.2023. (iv)�n/a (v)�A list of�line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including�option(s), if applicable). Line item 0001 is for one lump sum for all appraisals. (vi)�Description of requirements for the items to be acquired. Appraisal Services that will meet the four included Statement of works. (vii)�Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point. See Statement of Work. (viii) The provision at�52.212-1, Instructions to�Offerors-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition�and there are no addenda.� (ix)�The Government will evaluate in accordance with 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, using evalaution factors of Technical Capability and Past Performance.� (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at�52.212-3,�Offeror�Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, with its�offer. (xi)�The clause at�52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition�with no addenda. (xii) The clause at�52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition.
