Description

See attached Request for Information 88310323RFI00005 RFI Internal Collaboration Network FINAL. In order to further its mission, NARA is seeking a cost effective, flexible, and adaptable system to address the need for geographically-dispersed NARA employees to exchange information through the use of a cloud hosted, Internal Collaboration Network (ICN) platform. Through its use, the ICN allows NARA leadership to have transparent two-way conversations with the� employee community; create a centralized location where information is searchable and accessible; and, most importantly, build connections between employees and subject matter experts across the country. The ICN has enabled NARA employees to collaborate in a way that provides tangible benefits to the agency, while facilitating achievement of NARA�s Strategic Goals since 2012.� NARA has a requirement to continue providing a system for internal employee collaboration. Accordingly, NARA requires a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), solution for NARA�s internal collaboration network. The internal collaboration network provides a government-sponsored platform for crowdsourcing information, in a restricted, internal network.
