Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 Procedures. Supply/Service needed: Support services and meals in support of the Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Cadet Leadership program at Tolman Sr. High School. Period of performance is 26 June 2023 - 30 June 2023. The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source Basis to: JROTC Leadership Advantage, LLC 1412 S. Coates Road Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 57105,�under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
