Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 19th Contracting Squadron (CONS) � Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Embassy Suites. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Information is to be submitted to A1C Tyler Beans at tyler.beans@us.af.mil. 12 May 2023 at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
