Description

The United States Air Force Band will be attending the 2023 Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo in the months of July and August 2023.� In order to attend, a round-trip, international, palletized shipment between Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) in Washington, DC and Redford Cavalry Barracks (RCB) in Edinburgh, Scotland is required.� Bi-directional, international, door-to-door, white glove packing, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery is required for USAF Band items and equipment.� The shipment includes approximately three pallets consisting of musical instruments, audio equipment, uniforms, and additional miscellaneous gear.� The Vendor will provide trained, certified, and fully qualified personnel, supervision, task management, technical services, and required tools.� The Vendor will be required to coordinate equipment movement and must be able to navigate all logistics between the two locations, including customs.
