- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested . The solicitation number is 1240BD23Q0092 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5. The NAICS code is 562991, small business size standard is $8 million dollars. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. for a firm fixed price contract. Description This project includes the rental, delivery/pick up, and� cleaning service of 5 handicap accessible portable restrooms.� LOCATION: The portable restrooms will be placed at: Cushman Day Use Site 1 Cushman Day Use Site 4 Cushman Day Use Site 5, Mt Rose Trailhead, �Dry Creek Trailhead All locations are located at Lake Cushman in Washington. To reach this area from Hoodsport, WA, take WA-119/Lake Cushman Rd west for 9.2 miles. At the junction with National Forest Road 24 turn left. Continue on WA-119/Lake Cushman Rd/NF-24 for 2.6 miles. �The portable restrooms will be placed on the concrete pads within the screening fence at these locations. The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies and transportation to perform the services and ensure that the designated areas present a clean, orderly, and well-kept appearance. Contractor Responsibility: The Contractor shall provide everything-including, but not limited to, all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision necessary to complete the project, except for that which the contract clearly states will be furnished by the Government. All Contractor supplied equipment will be safe for use in public areas and will not leak any oil or other vehicle fluids or any effluent from hoses, fittings, or tank. Bio-based Requirements: The Contractor shall utilize products and materials made from bio based materials to the maximum extent possible without jeopardizing the intended end use or detracting from the overall quality delivered to the end user. For the bio-based content products evaluation, all non-chemical products proposed for use under this contract must conform to the Department of Agriculture (USDA) Designated Bio-based Products List (DBPL) whenever practical.
