Description: 1.ï¿½ï¿½ ï¿½This solicitation is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and is a Request for Quote. ï¿½This solicitation is to acquire Shipping Container/CONEX boxes for SC Asian Longhorned Beetle Eradication Program. ï¿½ This solicitation is for a (1) one year purchase order. 2.ï¿½ï¿½ ï¿½Quoterï¿½s price (Price Schedule) shall include all costs necessary to provide the services as detailed in the SOW and for the service as listed. 3.ï¿½ï¿½ ï¿½Quotation packets shall be emailed directly to Latisha Hollman at Latisha.A.Hollman@usda.gov before the time specified on the solicitation announcement. ï¿½It is the contractorï¿½s responsibility to ensure the email with all attachments are received on time. ï¿½Please note that file size limitations, formatting, or other problems may hamper receipt. 4.ï¿½ï¿½ ï¿½Any questions pertaining to this Request for Quote (RFQ) shall be directed to Latisha Hollman, by email to Latisha.A.Hollman@usda.gov ï¿½before quotes are due.ï¿½ NO CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR RETURNED. 5.ï¿½ï¿½ ï¿½USDA is an Agency of the Federal Government, Tax-Exempt Federal Tax ID No 41-0696271. 6.ï¿½ï¿½ ï¿½This solicitation is being issued as a Small Business set aside under NAICS 332311, with a small business size standard of 750 in number of employees
