Description: The purpose of this procurement is to get assistance with optimization of CLC workflow/pipeline for Monkeypox analysis; Support surveillance analysis; Assistance with data organization ; Evaluate support/detection of larger deletions, mutation hotspot annotations, protein recombination.�Data analysis will be provided in the form of processed data and result files in formats of sequences alignments, SNPs table and other sequences data analysis formats. A written report if requested will be limited to materials and�methods. Figures generated from analysis and interpretation will be provided as individual files and standard resolution provided by the software application(s) used.
