Ft. (ABOA): 7,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,000 Space Type: Office, Warehouse, Wareyard, Light Industrial Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 2 Additional Requirements: NA Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
