- Sources Sought Notice : 36C26223Q0641 Amendment 0001 Plasma Blade and Generator : Add Proposed Specifications Nebraska-Northwest Iowa VA Healthcare System The purpose of this amendment is to add proposed specifications to describe the essential functions, features, and components of this requirement. PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 10: MARKET RESEARCH. (1) Purpose: This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine if an adequate number of Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business sources may provide the following requirement: Description: Plasma Blade and Generator NAICS: 334510 (Surgical Support Systems Electromedical Manufacturing) SBA Size Standard: 1,250 employees Product Service Code (PSC): 6515 (Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies).
