Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified Small Business Administration 8(a) firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 237990 (Athletic Field, Open Area Construction). Responses are to be sent via email to heather.b.jarratt.civ@army.mil no later than 2:00 p.m. 12 May 2023.� Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish construction services, including all management, labor, tools, equipment, and materials to install an Army Combat Fitness Testing Field (ACFT) on an asphalt surface, install a concrete ramp like border and storm water piping. �In addition, repair the existing ACFT field. �The Place of Performance will be Fort Gregg-Adams, VA (previously, Fort Lee). ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE FOR THE PROJECT: (e)�Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.� NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. A DRAFT statement of work is provided for reference. Email responses are required. Please include your business size and socioeconomic classification with your submittal.� It is required that your company be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), please see www.sam.gov/content/home for additional information. In addition, this sources sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information solicited or delivered. �
