Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) � Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) �Contracts Management Division (CMD), announces its intention to issue a sole source award for the Statistical Analysis System( SAS)� Product Licenses with maintenance for five years from July 2023 to June 2028 to: Executive Information Systems, LLC., 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600 P.O. Box 34076 Bethesda, MD 20827-0076 UEI: MKF6VA9NZLR8 USDA FNS CMD uses SAS to perform data analysis, data management, data automation, data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization in support of USDA FNS programs such as the FNS Child Nutrition Programs, Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations and/or responses received within 15 calendar days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any quotation/response must be in writing and can be sent via email to the Contract Specialist at Bonita.Smith@usda.gov �by 02:00 pm EST on 25 May 2023. No phone calls will be accepted.
