Description

This synopsis shall serve as the The Department of the Navy (DON), Contract Management Division (CMD) notice of intent to issue a sole source contract to CQ Roll Call Inc., (UEI# N8K7N7GJAZ73) for CQ.com Legislative Tracking Subscription. �The period of performance is a one (1) 12-month base year plus two (2), 12-month option years. This sole source procurement to CQ Roll Call Inc., is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, including brand name or equal descriptions. When the supplies or services required are available from only one responsible source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the Government�s requirements, full and open competition need not be provided for in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). This notice is valid until May 17, 2023. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract. It is published for informational purposes only and not a request for competitive proposals. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. No responses to the notice of intent to sole source are anticipated.
