Description
United States Army Project Executive Office (PEO EIS) will be hosting two plenary events on June 6, 2023, from 0900-1200 ET and 1330-1600 ET respectively. The events will be held at The Forge (9625 Middleton Rd, Bldg.1189) at Ft. Belvoir. To gain access to Fort Belvoir, visit the following site to read and complete any forms necessary to obtain a visitor pass.� The registration can be done in person on day of at the visitor gate, however, it is highly encouraged visitors secure visitor passes ahead of time. Expedited Visitor Access Service :: FORT BELVOIR (army.mil) This is a pre-solicitation conference (Industry Day), and the purpose of this meeting is to inform industry of the program requirements and perform market research.� A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be posted no later than May 19, 2023. The COMPMOD Program will require the Contractor to perform site Survey, Engineer, Furnish, Install, Secure, and Test (EFIS&T) solutions to include Non-secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), Wireless, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Inside Plant (ISP), and Outside Plant (OSP) to support US Army Base/Post/Camp/Station (B/P/C/S) across the Continental United States (CONUS). Each B/P/C/S is either the parent/main B/P/C/S or tail (B/P/C/S). For an example, Fort Benning, GA would be the parent/main and the tails would be Camp Merrill and Camp Rudder. In addition, each B/P/C/S is separated by three Areas of Responsibility: 21st Signal Brigade, 93rd Signal Brigade and 106th Signal Brigade. Each Brigade has Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC), Stand-Alone NEC (SANEC), and Local NEC (LNEC). For an example, Ft Belvoir is considered the RNEC and Ft Walker (formerly known as AP Hill) is considered an LNEC. At this time, the Government is considering the use of the ENCORE III vehicle for solicitation and award. See attached notice for details on registration.�
