- Amendment 7: The LandIS Draft RFP is hereby amended to post Set 5 of Draft RFP Questions and Answers (Q&A). Although NASA provides Q&As to aid in the understanding of the forthcoming LandIS RFP, vendors are reminded that information included in the final RFP will take precedence over any information provided in the Draft RFP Q&As. Set 5 Q&As are largely technical in nature, therefore vendors are encouraged to review and verify the pending changes identified in the Q&As are included in the final RFP documents. End Amendment 7 Amendment 6: The LandIS Draft RFP is hereby amended to post additional Q&As and announcements. This amendment includes two attachments, one for an update announcement labled LandIS Draft RFP QA Set 2b, and a second attachment for a new set of Q&As listed under the attachment labled LandIS Draft RFP QA Set 4. Although NASA provides Q&As to aid in the understanding of the forthcoming LandIS RFP, vendors are reminded that information included in the final RFP will take precedence over any information provided in the Draft RFP Q&As. Information provide via this amendment is largely technical in nature, therefore vendors are encouraged to review and verify the pending changes identified are included in the final RFP documents. End Amendment 6 Amendment 5: The LandIS Draft RFP is hereby amended to post set 3 of Draft RFP Questions and Answers (Q&A).� Although NASA provides Q&As to aid in the understanding of the forthcoming LandIS RFP, �vendors are reminded that information included in the final RFP will take precedence over any information provided in the Draft RFP Q&As. ��Set 3 Q&As are largely technical in nature, therefore vendors are encouraged to review and verify the pending changes identified in the Q&As are included in the final RFP documents. End Amendment 5 Amendment 4: The LandIS Draft RFP is hereby amended to post updated information regarding the announcements posted under the Draft RFP Set 2 Questions and Answers document. Vendors are directed to the new �document titled, LandIS Draft RFP_QA-Set2a, for updated information on the Imaging Sensor Data Rate Limit announcement, and the Calibration Orientation announcement. End of Amendment 4 Amendment 3: The LandIS Draft RFP is hereby amended to post set 2 of Draft RFP Questions and Answers. End of Amendment 3 Amendment 2: The LandIS Draft RFP is hereby amended to post set 1 of Draft RFP Question and Answers. End of Amendment 2 Amendment 1: The LandIS Draft RFP is hereby amended to extend the due date to March 6, 2023 for the submission of questions and comments concerning the draft solicitation, including the requirements, schedule, proposal instructions, evaluation approaches, and any perceived safety, occupational health, security (including information technology security), environmental, export control, and/or other programmatic risk issues associated with performance of the work. � The due date for submitting questions and comments concerning the potential inclusion of contract Option(s) remains February 27, 2023. Early submission of all questions and comments are encouraged. End of Amendement 1 This notice is issued by the NASA/GSFC to post a draft RFP to solicit responses from interested parties.� This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition.� This presolicitation synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.� Potential Offerors are advised to direct attention to the contract Option information included in the draft RFP cover letter. If a solicitation is released, then it and any additional documents will be available on www.Sam.gov.� It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any. NASA intends to publicize a listing of respondents in order to facilitate teaming arrangements. Should your firm desire not to be included in this listing, clearly indicate this desire in your response.
