Update:� GSA has opted to take corrective action on the solicitation requirements.��Please see attached Amendment 4. Offerors who submitted proposals must resubmit their Volumes 1 and 2 to the Contracting Officers in accordance with the submission requirements at RFP Section E.3.5.1 (b) in order to be considered. Only�offerors that submitted a proposal by the solicitation closing date of February 3, 2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time will be allowed to revise their�proposals under this Amended solicitation. New proposals will not be accepted. Resubmission of Volumes 1 and 2 is due by June 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time to Dominic.Lackey@gsa.gov and Sarah.Duncan@gsa.gov. Thank you again for your participation in GSA�s Commercial Online Platform Acquisition and for your continued support of this program. --- Please take notice that a protest of RFP No. 47QSCC23R0002 has been filed in the Court of Federal Claims. �National Industries for the Blind v. United States, No. 23-145 (Fed. Cl.).� Please direct any communications regarding the protest to the court or to the Department of Justice. --- The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is pleased to provide the attached Commercial Platform (CP) solicitation. The program seeks to provide commercial B2B online shopping capabilities for agency Government Purchase Card (GPC) holders for the purchase of routine, commercial items. The solicitation package closely aligns with the Request for Information released earlier this year under notice ID 47QSCC22N0007, and with the draft RFP released under notice ID 47QSCC22R0028.
