- ********Due to the high volume of questions received in response to the Request for Proposal for solicitation # FA701423R0013 Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR), Cyber Effects Operations (CEO), and Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority (ESS) Advisory and Assistance Support Services the request for proposal due date is currently on hold while the Government works on providing responses. The request for proposal will be extended at least by 10 calendar days once questions and answers have been posted.� An amendment reflecting the revised due date will be posted as soon as possible. ************* (a) Description. Acquisition Strategy Panel: A2/6 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) & Cyber Effects Operations (CEO) and Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority Advisory (ESS) & Assistances Services (ICE A&AS) requires the full range of business systems application support services in support of daily operation activities for AF A2/6 Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR),Cyber Effects Operations (CEO), and Electromagnetic Spectrum Superiority (ESS).� (b)�The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award IDIQ Contract. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting. This is a competitive source selection conducted in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 15.
