Description: This project consists of 2 locations, the CDC playground and the SAC playground.� The contractor shall provide all services, including materials, labor, and installation required�remove existing�bonded rubber surface and furnish and install aggregate subgrade and PIP Surfacing at the CDC playground; at the�SAC playground, remove worn areas of PIP Surfacing and furnish and install new PIP�Surfacing. The contractor shall provide installation�services in accordance with the manufacturer�s specifications and in accordance with the�publications listed in Section C of the attached RFQ. See attached RFQ for details and submittal requirements.
