- ***UPDATE�10 May 2023: Amendment 0001 has been issued to reopen this solicitation and extend the date quotes are due to 18 May 2023 at 2:00pm CDT.� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, hereby announces the solicitation for �Pipestem Dam Food Plots and Mowing�.� The solicitation will close on 04 May 2023.�� The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses.��� Project Description:� This is a service contract to provide all labor, supervision, certain equipment/supplies, and transportation to disk, plant corn, and apply chemical; mow roadsides; disk firebreaks; and disk summer fallow areas on the Pipestem Dam Project, Jamestown, North Dakota. NAICS Code:� The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 561730, Landscaping Services, with a size standard for Small Business of $9.5M.
