- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation Number 19GE50-23-R-0073 The US Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect to the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Janitorial Services for the US Consulate General Istanbul, Turkey on behalf of the Facilities Management Office at the US Consulate General Istanbul, Turkey The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Commercial Service Contract for one base year plus four separate option years during the second half of calendar year 2023. The proposed services are for the daily services, such as cleaning of office space, walkways and bathrooms performed every working day between 08:00 to 16:30 hours.� Special projects, such as floor waxing or carpet shampooing, will be performed on weekends. �Other services shall be in accordance with bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedules. The successful Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish janitorial services within the Consulate General facility.� The facility�s total square meters is approximately 6,300 sqm. Daily regular services, such as cleaning of office space, walkways and bathrooms, shall be performed on workdays between 08:00 to 16:30 hours.� Special projects, such as floor waxing or carpet shampooing, will be performed on weekends. Other services shall be in accordance with bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedules described within the Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation may result in an award of a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ Type Contract for one base year plus four (4) separate option years beginning in the fourth quarter half of fiscal year 2023. Qualified companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Mr. Anthony Walker at WalkerAK@state.gov no later than May 26, 2023 using the solicitation number 19GE50-23-R-0073 in the subject line. Do not telephone. �All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: �Name of Firm, Unique Entity Identifier, Name of Contact Person, Telephone Number and Email Address of Point of Contact as well as the Firm�s Complete Physical and Mailing Addresses. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform services in Turkey. �The solicitation package will only be available in the English language.
