Description
Ammendment to add Questions and Answers Form as well as provide closing date for questions published 05/10/23. Closing date remains the same. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M0068123Q0036 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) current to DPN 20230322. This is a small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621999, All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services, and the small business size standard is $20,500,000.00. � Quotes are being requested for the following: CLIN 0001: Ambulance Services Description: Emergency ground medical and ambulance services for the MCAS Miramar Air Show in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Wage Determination 2015-5635 will be incorporated into the resulting contract. See attached PWS. POP: 09/22/23-09/24/23. The Contractor shall provide the following: (1) Medical Dispatch/Coordinating Supervisor (1) ER Physician/Supervisor (8) EMTs with BLS supplies & equipment (4) Registered Nurse Medical Supervisor������ (4) Rover EMT with Medical bags/gear (2) BLS Ambulance (2) ALS Ambulance The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (Mar 2023) applies to this acquisition. Evaluation and Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers (factors are not listed in any particular order): a. Price b. Technical capability offered to meet the Government requirement c.
