- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to solicit for Firm-Fixed-Priced + 4 option years Purchase Order for the procurement of Patient Communication System. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY INFORMATION OR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS INCURRED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SYNOPSIS.
