RLP Procurement Summary ����������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Renew Office Space in Glassboro, New Jersey General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NJ City: Glassboro Delineated Area: POB: Intersection of S Broadway and Jefferson Ave (County Rd 553) East to S Woodbury Rd. North on S Woodbury Rd to Columbia Ave. East on Columbia Ave to Delsea Dr. North on Delsea Drive to Route 658. Southeast on Route 658 to Fish Pond Rd (Route 634). West on Fish Pond Rd to Delsea Dr (Rt 47). South on Delsea Dr to High St. West on High St. to Ellis St. South on Ellis St to Girard Rd. North on Girard Rd to Mullica Hill Rd (Route 322). West on Mullica Hill Rd to Joseph L. Bowe Blvd into Heston Rd. At intersection of Heston Rd and County Rd 553 (Main St) continue north back to POB Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,562 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,562 Space Type: Office Full Term: 5 years, 3 firm Additional Requirements: Space shall be located on the first floor and shall be contiguous Column spacing shall be 20 feet or greater There shall be on-site parking The building shall be no further than 0.2 miles from the nearest method of public transportation Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance/0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as �100-year�/�500-Year� floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).� ). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government occupies office space in a building under a lease in Glassboro, New Jersey that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
