SOLICATATION:�NFFN73002301075SRG 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE� SCOPE STATEMENT OF WORK/NEED (SOW/SON) DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE (DOC) NATIONAL OCEANIC ATMOSPHERIC ADMINISTRATION (NOAA) NATIONAL MARINE FISHERIES SERVICE (NMFS) SOUTHEAST FISHERIES SCIENCE CENTER (SEFSC) GEAR MONITORING TEAM (GMT) Background: NOAA�s Southeast Fisheries Science Center (SEFSC) located in Pascagoula, Mississippi seeks to purchase a permanent pole barn structure for weathered protection of the two new GMT 30� small boats. Objective: Provide labor and materials for one (1) permanent pole barn structure designed to fit two 30� vessels. The pole barn structure shall be as follows: Dimensions shall be 30�x40�x13�. The boat requires 13 feet of clearance. Galvalume roof with a slope of 4:12 Both sides shall be enclosed 6� from the top Exact location to be determined before construction. The construction will be on existing asphalt. Local building codes and wind ratings shall be met.
