Description

Design-Build: The work includes design for expanding the existing restroom. The new restrooms will be accessible from the existing restrooms. In addition to the restroom expansion. Design must survey and make sure the Expansion will fit in the desired location. There must be enough space for removal of Fire protection equipment thru double doors located in a Sprinkler room that exit to the exterior near the new addition. The Expansion area must allow access to the existing emergency exit and allow space for removal of existing Foam tanks from the emergency exit. All design and construction must match the existing fa�ade and materials.�
