Amendment 0001 dated May 10, 2023 47PH0423R0024, Amendment 0001 � Elevator Modernization Project, George P. Kazen Federal Courthouse, Laredo, Texas This amendment is issued to incorporate the revised Specification Section 14210 for the Base Elevators and add a new option,�Option 2: Judges Elevator #4, see attached documents. Price proposal shall consist of three separate prices for the Base, Option 1 and Option 2. The proposal due date remains unchanged, Friday, June 2, 2023 All other terms and conditions remains unchanged. ________________________________________________________________________________ PROJECT TITLE: Elevator Modernization, George P. Kazen Federal�Courthouse, Laredo, Texas DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORK: The General Services Administration,�Public Buildings Service is seeking to modernize two (2) each existing�existing passenger elevators 1 and 2 (base) and two (2) each U.S Marshals�Service prisoner elevators 3 and 5 (option 1) to replace all existing obsolete�components at the George P. Kazen Federal Courthouse in Laredo, Texas.� All work performed under this contract shall meet or exceed the latest�ASME-A17.1 Elevator Code and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards�and conform to Specification Section 14210. Location of Work: George P. Kazen Federal Courthouse, 1300 Victoria�Street, Laredo, Texas Estimated Price Range: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 Period of Performance:�365 calendar days after the notice to�proceed NAICS Code: 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors This procurement is full and open, offers from all responsive, responsible firms will be considered.
