Description

This item is Sole Source to Tansdigm, Inc. Doing Business as Aerocontrolex, Cage Code: 81833 The Government proposes to acquire on a ONE TIME BUY, Firm-Fixed Price contract, a quantity of 45 each of a COMPRESSOR UNIT, REC; NSN: 4310-01-508-5885; Part Number: 11474218-2 applicable to the PATRIOT MISSILE weapon system. No telephone requests will be accepted. Direct your requests and communications to ATTN:DLA-AHCB, Kereen Johnston, Contract Specialist, via email kereen.johnston@dla.mil� For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name, Cage Code and a telephone number.� The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source� control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Suitable technical data, Government data� rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application. Although, by DoD-STD-100 definition, altered and selected items shall have an adequate technical data package, data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website:�https://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/ or�https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request.� All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
