36C24823Q1128 MH PKG057 Kitchen Package Questions and Answers STATEMENT OF NEED GENERAL: James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH) Mental Health and Domiciliary has executed a new lease/build that will consolidate and expand the mental health and domiciliary clinic, 8501 Temple Terrace Highway, Tampa, Florida 33637, has a requirement for kitchen freezers, refrigerators, ice machine, ice bin and ice maker. Kitchen freezer, refrigerator, ice machine, ice bin and ice maker located in the Kitchen area within Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic. BACKGROUND: The JAHVH Tampa Mental Health and Domiciliary Clinic requires kitchen freezers, refrigerators, ice machines, ice bins, and ice makers. PURPOSE: The reach-in freezer, reach-in refrigerator, equipment stand, salad preparation refrigerator, under-counter refrigerator, ice machine, ice bin, and ice maker are required for Nutrition Food Services to store perishable food and to prepare meals for Domiciliary patients/veterans. 36C24823Q1128 MH PKG057 Kitchen Package Questions When this one calls for installation, does it mean only to hook up the ice makers? Or inside delivery/uncrating and set in place all units and training? Installation to include inside delivery, uncrating, and setting in place. No training is necessary.
