COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Nursing ANNE Simulator ROPC Bath VAMC This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Combined Synopsis. The Combined Synopsis will be submitted through email. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112 Surgical and medical Instruments Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. Description of requirement: The Bath VA Medical Center has a requirement for one (1) Nursing ANNE Simulator and peripherals. The contractor agrees to furnish, without cost to the Government, replacement of all parts and material that are found to be defective during the guarantee period. Replacement of material and parts will be furnished to the Government at the point of installation, if installation is within the continental United States, or f.o.b. the continental U.S. port to be designated by the contracting officer if installation is outside of the continental United States.
