- STATEMENT OF WORK Heifetz and Yasergil Clamps GENERAL INFORMATION Title of Project: New vascular clamps for atraumatic clamping of blood vessels. Scope of Work: Preserves vessels and minimizes damage to patient. These clips/instruments are the best and safest for control of branches, atraumatic for small delicate vessels, safer to apply and remove in hard-to-reach areas. These also propose an alternative to permanent closure of branches with our disposable clip appliers thus sparing them intraoperatively. Background: New vascular surgeon with previous use of these items requesting for vascular procedures.
