- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12905B23Q0068 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2023-02 effective March 23, 2022. This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside.� The associated NAICS code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and the business size standard is 500 employees. List CLINS, item descriptions, quantities, and units of measure: CLIN 1:� Gerstel GER B ODP 4 with ODI software and OID CLIN 2:� Mounting kit # 022825-090-00 for mounting on an Agilent 6890/7890 Gas Chromatograph CLIN 3: Installation CLIN 4:� Any and all costs for freight, shipping, handling and delivery� Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Please see Brand Name or Equal Specifications Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: Delivery and installation is due no later than August 31, 2023. Place of delivery is the USDA, ARS San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center at 9611 S. Riverbend Avenue in Parlier, CA� 93648. This requirement shall be FOB Destination.� All costs for freight, shipping, handling and delivery SHALL be included in your quote. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. See the attached RFQ terms and conditions for more requirements. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, is incorporated and applies to this acquisition. There are no additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices.
