This requirement is an 100% Small Business Set a-side basis using the commercial item procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13.� The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) type commercial purchase order.� This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.� The FOB Destination will be Everette, WA. The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at http://beta.sam.gov. The solicitation MUST BE EMAILED TO THE BUYER.
