Description: This is a requirement for Happy or Not subscription services for thirteen (13) Happy or Not customer feedback terminals currently installed.This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The Smiley Touch software needs to be installed on each terminal, and the Software as a Service (SaaS) Professional subscription is needed to gather and analyze customer feedback from the Happy or Not terminals. Only quotes from authorized Happy or Not resellers will be evaluated.
