Description

The Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to DIRECTV, LLC for cable services. This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
