Description: The intention of this solicitation is to obtain an on-site mobile shredding service, generated by the FSA around the state of Missouri at multiple locations further listed below. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision, to manage and perform all operations for the collection, on-site shred, and recycle of scrap paper generated by the FSA at the locations indicated in section 2.1
