Description: This is a service contract to provide Farrier services for the U.S. Army Caisson Horses to include all equine hoof care, placing of shoes on horse feet, and specializing in the anatomy of lower limbs in horses.The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the Farrier service herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
