This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and it incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-02, effective as of March 16, 2023. Announcement Number: 95332423Q0036 Title: Results Reporting Analyst (Monitoring & Evaluation), Department of Policy and Evaluation Position Information: Full-Time Personal Services Contractor (PSC) One (1) one-year base period (up to 2,087 hours per year), renewable for up to four (4) one-year option periods at the sole discretion of the Government. Pay Band: 05 $53,500 � $96,160 ($25.63 � $46.08 per hour) See https://www.mcc.gov/careers/pay-bands. In addition to the direct compensation referenced above, the PSC will receive a pay supplement of 15% of the employee's direct labor cost in lieu of fringe benefits. Note: Candidates permanently residing outside of the Washington, DC metropolitan area may require a waiver for approval of remote working arrangements. Type of Contract: Time-and-material (T&M) with One (1) one-year Base Period and four (4) one-year Option Periods. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation.
